Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our events. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure fairness and manage our preparations effectively, we have established the following policy.

1. More than 20 Days Before the Event: No cancellation fee will be charged, except for any fees incurred during payment via PayPal or bank transfer.
2. Between 20 and 15 Days Before the Event: A cancellation fee of 25% of the original cost will be retained.
3. Less Than 15 Days Before the Event: No refund will be provided.
